Councilmember Sarah Richardson was elected to the City Council in 2020. She serves as the Council liaison to the Architectural Review Board and the Old Orchard Business District Advisory Commission.
She currently works as a project manager and supervisor supporting Global Franchise operations worldwide for Enterprise Holdings.
Sarah received the SART Volunteer of the Year Award from YWCA of Metropolitan St. Louis in 2007. Her love of local politics began early when she served as the Youth Mayor of Tullahoma, TN in 1993.
Sarah earned attended both DePauw University in Greencastle, IN, and Transylvania University in Lexington, KY studying English Literature.
Sarah and her husband Bryan have lived in South Webster for 13 years with their two children who both attend WGSD schools.
