Parks & Recreation Department offers a variety of options for personal training. 

Personal Training & Fitness Coaching

Our personal training team specializes in one-on-one, group training, older adult strength & balance, middle school/high school training, and young athlete strength training. Offering opportunities for all ages and fitness levels, our team will customize a personalized program based on your goals, schedule, lifestyle, needs, and fitness levels. Ages 13 and older


One-on-one sessions
(55-60 minute consultation/workout)

Partner Sessions

1 full session$40/person*

no discounts on partner packages

*Non-members must pay the $6 resident or $8.50 non-resident fee at the front desk for each session. Members simply swipe their membership card upon entrance.

Group Training

With 3-6 individuals per group, your fitness trainer will lead you through a fun group workout including core and upper body strength, calorie-burning intervals, posture, flexibility, and bone density-specific exercises. Get support and accountability in a fun, motivating group as you get comfortable using the entire weight room (free weights, foam rollers, cable machines, and more). 
6 weeks, 1x/week, 55-minute workouts

Fee: Res/Non-Res $160 each for 3-4 people, $140 each for 5-6 people.

Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers

These small group fitness coaching sessions with Zach are right after school, just for you! Get together with some of your buds or meet new ones to learn proper lifting techniques and exercises to maximize your exercise benefit. We'll work together to determine group goals (e.g. strength and endurance for sports, building muscle, tone, etc.) Class sizes are limited to six to ensure a quality personal training experience.

Thurs., 3:45 - 4:40 p.m.
