Week of October 25 - October 31, 2021
On 10/25/2021 at 4:36 PM a lost/stolen item was reported in the 200 block of Lithia Ave. The caller reported they discovered their firearm was missing. The firearm was last seen on 10/21/2021.
On 10/26/2021 at 8:54 AM a theft was reported at a business in the 3100 block of S. Brentwood Blvd. The victim reported sometime overnight three of their vehicle’s had their catalytic converters stolen.
On 10/29/2021 at 3:03 AM a motor vehicle theft was reported at a business in the 100 block of N. Elm Ave. The victim reported someone stole their vehicle from the parking lot. A person of interest has been identified and the investigation is on-going.
On 10/30/2021 at 2:16 AM property damage was reported in the 600 block of Oakwood Ave. The victim reported someone intentionally slashed their vehicle’s tires.
On 10/30/2021 at 7:26 AM a theft was reported in the 400 block of Summit Ave. The victim reported sometime overnight someone forced entry into their enclosed porch and stole their bicycle.
On 10/30/2021 at 10:32 AM property damage was reported in the 400 block of Newport Ave. The victim reported someone damaged their lawn decorations.
On 10/30/2021 at 1:38 PM a found property was reported in the 400 block of Edgar Rd. The reporting party stated a sliver BMX style bicycle was located. The bicycle was transported to the Webster Groves Police Department for safe-keeping.
On 10/30/2021 at 5:33 PM property damage was reported in the 400 block of Fairlawn Ave. The victim reported sometime between 4:00 PM on 10/29/2021 and 5:20 PM on 10/30/2021 someone intentionally slashed their trampoline.
On 10/31/2021 at 1:48 PM a trespassing was reported in the 1000 block of N. Bompart Ave. The caller reported a subject who had previously been warned not to trespass, was on their property. The subject was arrested and formal charges are pending.
On 10/31/2021 at 12:19 PM a fraud was reported in the 600 block of W. Lockwood Ave. The victim reported sometime between 10/21/2021 and 10/25/2021 someone used their personal information in an attempt to obtain several loans.
During the week of 10-25-2021 through 10-31-2021, the Police Department responded to 521 calls for service, 18 auto accidents, 3 alarms and assisted the Fire Department 41 times.
