Week of November 01 - November 07, 2021
On 11/01/2021 at 9:04 AM a burglary was reported at a business in the 7800 block of Big Bend Blvd. The victim reported sometime between 10/29/2021 and 11/01/2021 someone forced entry into the building. No items were reported stolen.
On 11/01/2021 at 9:10 AM a theft was reported in the 500 block of Summit Ave. The victim reported an unknown male subject entered their vehicle and stole their sunglasses and earphones.
On 11/01/2021 at 2:09 PM property damage was reported in the 500 block of Oakwood Ave. The victim reported sometime between 10/27/2021 and 11/01/2021 someone intentionally slashed their vehicle’s tires and egged their house.
On 11/01/2021 at 2:59 PM a fraud was reported in the 8700 block of Watson Rd. The victim reported someone purchased a cell phone using their account information.
On 11/02/2021 at 10:57 AM property damage was reported at a business in the 7800 block of Big Bend Blvd. The caller reported sometime between 10/29/2021 and 11/01/2021 someone damaged several tents they had set up on their property.
On 11/03/2021 at 5:00 AM property damage was reported in the 1000 block of Tuxedo Blvd. Four victims reported someone had intentionally damaged their vehicle’s windows.
On 11/03/2021 at 8:28 AM a motor vehicle theft was reported in the 600 block of Atalanta Ave. The victim reported someone stole their vehicle while it was left unattended to warm-up with the engine running in their driveway.
On 11/04/2021 at 7:25 AM a motor vehicle theft was reported in the 300 block of Linum Ln. The victim reported someone stole their vehicle from their driveway.
On 11/05/2021 at 8:25 AM a theft was reported at a business in the 700 block of S. Laclede Station Rd. The caller reported sometime overnight someone stole the catalytic converter off of their vehicle.
On 11/05/2021 at 11:36 AM a theft was reported at a business in the 7800 block of Big Bend Blvd. The caller reported between 2:10 AM and 2:17 AM on 11/04/2021 someone stole the catalytic converter off of the victim’s vehicle.
On 11/06/2021 at 12:26 PM a theft was reported in the 100 block of S. Laclede Station Rd. The victim reported someone forced entry into their vehicle and stole their electronic speaker.
On 11/06/2021 at 9:01 PM a theft was reported at a business in the 200 block of W. Lockwood Ave. The victim reported someone stole their firearm from their vehicle while it was parked and locked. There was no sign of forced entry into the vehicle.
During the week of 11-01-2021 through 11-07-2021, the Police Department responded to 441 calls for service, 14 auto accidents, 12 alarms and assisted the Fire Department 48 times.
