Mini-WorkoutsThese half-hour high-intensity effective workouts are led by a certified personal trainer - for when you don't have the time to commit to an hour at the gym! From strength-training with free weights, a burst of cardio, or a 10-minute bodyweight training program--a mini workout is the way to go for a busy lifestyle! Thursdays, 4:45 - 5:15 p.m.

Middle School & High School Small GroupsGet 3-4 of your friends together and get the maximum benefit with this workout with a personal trainer. (Adult small groups are also available.) 6-week sessions arranged at mutual convenience Thursdays, 3:45 - 4:40 p.m.

Halloween Cosmic SkateFriday, October 28. 7-8:30 pm $12 res/non-res Calling all ghosts and goblins put on your costumes and come out for a not-so-scary Cosmic Skate at the Webster Groves Ice Arena. Registration includes skate rental and participants will receive some Halloween goodies.

Turkey Day RunThursday, November 24 $25 in advance / $35 event day Our 40th annual Thanksgiving Day run features a 3 and 6 mile race courses between Kirkwood and Webster. Register online here. The first 4000 registered will receive a giveaway. Co-Sponsored with the Kirkwood Parks and Recreation Department and Big River Running.
